Call for nominations to the Supervisory Board - July 2023
As not all positions on the supervisory boards of certain SCPIs were filled at the last general meetings, the management company is reissuing the following calls for candidates.
SCPI Patrimmo Habitation 1
A position on the Supervisory Board of SCPI Patrimmo Habitation 1 is to be filled. Primonial REIM France is inviting applications. Applications should be sent to Primonial REIM France, Direction de la Relation Clients, 36 rue de Naples - 75008 Paris; the deadline for applications will be announced in a future newsletter and on this website. All applications must include the following information: the candidate's surname, usual first name and age, professional references and activities over the last five years, the positions held in the SCPI by the candidate and the number of shares held, and a list of other SCPIs in which the candidate is a member of the Supervisory Board. We recommend that you use the sample application letter, which you can download at download here. Potential candidates are advised that the internal regulations of the limite Supervisory Board limit to 5 the number of mandates that a single member may hold on the Supervisory Boards of SCPIs headquartered in mainland France; any candidate who has already reached this limit will be required to resign from one or more other mandates if elected, or to withdraw his or her candidacy.
