OPCI PREIM ISR - new option for shareholders to cancel a withdrawal order (ISINs: FR0014000AM9, FR0014000AN7, FR0014000AO5, FR0014000AP2,FR0014000AQ0,FR0014000AR8)
Members of all categories of the PREIM ISR OPCI are informed of their new right, as from 24 September 2024, to cancel a withdrawal order that has not yet been executed.
This right applies even after the initial centralisation of an order and also applies to unexecuted orders carried forward as a result of gating.
Orders (or remaining orders) may only be cancelled in their entirety; it is not possible to cancel only part of an order.
This right is exercised in accordance with article 4.4.2 d) of the prospectus, which can be consulted on the management company's website.
