Primopierre - following its Annual General Meeting on 1st notice

The PRIMOPIERRE General Meeting convened for the first reading on 24 September was unable to vote on its agenda due to a lack of quorum. A second reading, allowing the meeting to vote without a minimum quorum, is already scheduled for 3 October 2024.
 
As we indicated in the management company's report sent to PRIMOPIERRE shareholders, the reconstitution value, based on the appraisal values at 30 June 2024, has fallen, necessitating a reduction in the nominal value of the unit, which is the subject of one of the General Meeting resolutions, prior to a change in the subscription price.
 
In these circumstances, noting that the subscription and withdrawal prices are no longer in line with the real value of the SCPI, and in the interests of all shareholders and the smooth operation of the SCPI, the Management Company has decided to temporarily suspend trading until the next General Meeting and the implementation of the resolutions to be adopted there.
